Ball in NetChelmsford City Youth FC's goal is the pursuit of excellence in everything the club undertakes, both on and off the field of play. The club aims to deliver an affordable, entertaining, high quality football product to the people of Chelmsford and the surrounding communities in Essex.

Chelmsford City Youth FC strives to develop the highest standards to enable our youth players to reach their full potential in the sport. Our coaches will focus on our youth players acquiring the technical and tactical skills of the game and recognise their individual physical and psychological needs. We will encourage and insist that our coaches achieve recognised Football Association qualifications.

With the rules of the game and sportsmanship always at the forefront of our style, we will encourage our players to be passionate and committed about their football. Our coaches and players will represent Chelmsford City Youth FC with pride.

Chelmsford City Youth FC will be accessible and responsive to parents, engaging their participation in the success of the club. We will endeavour to ensure that we maintain a structured and safe environment for training and competition for our players.
